I just have a pair of blue flames on and standard filter.
Bet that's like sitting on a rocket lol! Mine will lift its front in second if I'm brutal with the throttle but deffo not in 3rd!lloydiecbr wrote:de-restricted full exhaust 2-1scott02464 wrote:Lloydie what have you done to your bike (tunining wise) to be able to do the snorkel mod?

K&n filter
Dynojets 185 mains
48s pilot jets
Needle 4th clip + 1 washer
Mixture 1.5 turns out
Tps 500 ohms
Stick coils
Ail velocity stacks
Snorkel mod
That's my intake and exhaust mods so far :-)
Bsm yep the front wheel is light even in 3rd
Good man your doing it all the right way to get true dyno results for the mods. You don't want to fettle with the carbs from the last one as you know it will alter it.I've not messed with the carbs when I fitted the new lid as it feels good .
When in at the dyno I will do a run with standard airbox
And one with the new lid and then one with the full modified air box
Yes. but one of the problems with this test regimen is that the bike will run best with the setup that suits the jetting best.cybercarl wrote:Good man your doing it all the right way to get true dyno results for the mods. That's impressive just from a modified airbox. I think this will have to go on my list of mods to do. I like it.5 BHP
