Repairing the fairing

Decided to have a go at using the plastech repair system

It hasn't worked on the headlight lug, so I used a soldering iron and a piece of the same plastic





The fairing seems to be working

I have just done the inside, will tackle the outside soon

Now had a go at the outside of the fairing

Here are the results
These are the cracks that need repairing




After a groove has been made with the dremel




Then filled with the powder then the resin/glue or whatever it is

At some stage I will prep them ready for painting

No they are not, check your code (quote) imageshack should be re named imageshite and never be recommended. That page took forever to load and it's slow scrolling through the page once loaded.
