i see ohlins like akraprovic, top quality products, which are designed for each bike, not one product that fits most bikes, and in 3 or 4 years that ohlins shock will still be worth 300 to 500, when other lesser products won't be worth half as much, i still couldn't afford to spend that amount of money on a shock tho :(
my bike only cost £720

Nope, there's nothing of any use on that, except a few bits and pieces, nothing worth £75.
The cylinder's damaged by the piston, apparently, so not in any way rebuildable.

Unless you need a clutch, starter motor and starter sprag/transfer gears, even then it's overpriced.

Rear head could be stripped for spare valves, I suppose.

I have them in my watch list already with 6 cans of primer and lacquer as well. Gonna re spray my Fazer once it up and running and bodywork repaired. It will be my practise run for when I do the storm next year.

They're a fitting which just clamps onto a round solid metal oil line.
You'd need to hacksaw the oil line about 20mm from each end fitting and then replace the missing metal pipe with these flexible lines.

I've said 20mm, you'll need to see how much oil line can be slid inside the red fitting on each end to make it look as though there's no standard pipe left.

Cheap fix, I paid £75 to have a hydraulic pipe company make some custom ones up.

You could also buy a cheap four-row cooler from an SP1 and do that conversion, if your engine gets hot at times.
Try to get the SP1 lines as well, if you buy a cooler, as they're different. Check diameter before ordering the braided lines, too.
I bodged on Storm fittings; you have to use the Storm bottom end fitting anyway.
SP1 top end fitting is at a slightly different angle, but a Storm one can be made to work.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Iv got a set of them goodridge hoses on a spare set of oil pipes I have. Couple of scrapes on the red bits but could be easily rectified, if anyone has the inclination.
