New to the Firestorm scene

Post by crrb1 »

Hello everyone, I have just bought a 2000 Firestorm off a very nice bloke called Robert Moore, I believe some of you will know him already. The bike is just as good as I expected and i look forward to have discussions and hopefully some answers from being involved in here.

I am in Tewkesbury Gloucestershire, so if anyone is in the area give me a ring if you want to go for a ride sometime.

Kind Regards

Carl Roberts (crrb1) :) :)

Hey welcome! I'm only in Evesham so I'm sure I'll see you round!

Have a look at Gloucestershire Biker's Nights on Facebook ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/Glosbikenites/ ), if you don't know about it already! There's a ride-out most Wednesday evenings around the area :)

Have fun with your 'Storm!

Thanks for all the messages, I have already been thinking about fitting a headlight cover (black, on ebay for £15.99) and a hugger, can anyone recommend one or know anyone who has one to sell? Oh and also thought about a clear rear light cluster and I am after a decent bike cover if anyone can let me know a good brand.
Kind Regards

Have you got a photo of the smoked rear light cluster or is this the one above?? I will have a look at the Oxford ones, I have been looking on ebay and the good ones seem to be around £50+

Hi Carl and welcome to the forum
I`m just down the road from you in Churchdown. As Snakebitey says, get yourself along to the bike nights on a Wednesday (The Fleet Inn at Twyning this week......weather permitting!) There were 5 or 6 storms out last week.
Cheers.

Welcome to the forum Carl. R&G covers are very good fella, and often come up discounted.
