Will you put your results on here from tomorrows dyno mate? Looking forward to seeing what yours is like with all tour air box mods!

I forgot to ask about this, but on the air/fuel ratio where should the 'line' be?

And at '20-30' does this mean I'm running lean? And then rich from '30-70' on the graph?

Looking at it again with a clear head
It starts off rich then lean then ok
So going by that you need to raise your needles .
On my f/a chart it's easier to under stand
The higher the line the leaner it is

Ideally you want it at 13

Ahh that makes sense.

So at the top end where it's about 14, if I put a larger main in to richen it out?

I'm running a 180 front and 185 rear Keihin size. Or is 14 adequate and ok to be left, and just bring the mid range down to 14?

I would go up a size on the mains first

Iv done some altering!

Changed the mains from 180 & 185 to 185 &190.

Raised the needles slightly

Left the mixtures at 2 turns out front and 2 1/4 out rear.

The result was, good after the second half of the mid range all the way up. And a Lot of popping on the over run.

Then I tweaked the mixture screw half a turn out each to richen the bottom end.

The result is awesome! Very strong all the way through and smooth!

But now at 2.5k revs 2nd gear it's feeling very 'bumpy!' at a very slight opening of the throttle? Cruising speed through town, As if I'm going over them rumble strips on the road?

But if I open the throttle slightly more it cures it immediately and wants to go.

tune the mixture screws in to 1.5 turns out start from there ride it see what it is like then turn them out 1/4 turn out at a time until it pulls cleanly on cruse . on the dyno chart its running very rich at the bottom and you have made it richer by turning out more.

Thanks mate, I'm not that far off 1.5 turns out now tbh. I'm glad it's just the mixture screws that need tickling tho as everything else is pretty good.

Apart from the tiny throttle opening at 2.5k revs, it pullsat your arms, which it's never done before, not even when it was dynoed!
