carbs
hi im having trouble getting my carbs bak in my bike the 2 big holes u push in ito i can either get one or the other to line and fit but i cnt get both to go in at same time any tips to fit these easier

if the rubbers are on the engine line up the front carb on the rubber then push it down and forward to the front of the bike then it will pop in and so will the rear . a little red rubber grease helps it in

Get the front one in, then get your body weight on the rear one while wiggling it from side to side.
If you don't have red rubber grease, use a small smear of washing up liquid on the lip of the rear one.
If you've had the rubbers off the engine then try loosening the lower clips.
Just remember to tighten them all up.

Before putting the carbs on secure the rubbers in place on the engine and tighten up the bottom clip. Make sure the carb rubbers are in place the right way round. There should be a little groove in the rubber and a bit on the engine for it to slot into.
As Lloyd said a bit of grease on the inside of the rubbers helps. Line up the front first and a little pust and then slide the rear into place. It sometimes helps to give the carbs a wiggle from side to side as you push them down.

thanx lads got it on now finally bloody stubborn thing ha ha ha ... im tryna find pics of the wiring at the front i dunno where it runs rnd the folks etc i dnt wanna get them tagled in steering if any1 has any pics of the front without fairing etc id greatly appreciATE it alot
