Trim Rejuvenator tester Review
USED ON A VAUXHALL MOVANO AND A VAUXHALL VECTRA

The movano van high milage I do in this so good for testing.
As stated when I took the sample it was going against carpro delux
And the van bumper plastics where cleaned twice with APC useing a Tornador
CARPRO DELUX

NANOLEX TRIM


Reason for testing against that is to see the difference.
The only difference i can see is carpro is slightly darker and more glossy where the nanolex is more natural.

PRO'S
Goes on very easy
Beads well upto now
Turtle wax shampoo safe got 30ltr's:o
leave's a nice finish
A little goes a long way

CONS
Hard to see where it's been on unfaded plastics on certain areas with poor lighting.
The cotton applicator is terible rip's and leaves fluff every where

So upto now looks good but time will tell and I will update evry two week agianst the carpro on my van it's no competition just as a guideline.

I was looking at the Carpro site the other day and noticed some stuff can only be purchased on approval only. What's that all about? I'm thinking instead of using the Bilthamber finis wax for the first coat on fresh paint, but to use the Carpro Fixer. Seems like good gear for a base coat. I also read a good review on the CQuartz Ceramic paint protection http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... p?t=264517

I'm kinda looking forward to getting my panels all sprayed now. Things have sort of gone on hold for a while though as funds are a bit low.

Nice to see some post's on cleaning and polishing. Now all we need is tutorials

Some items carl can only be used by approved detailers.Due to there nature that there specialized coating so not for the general public and to abide by the gaurentee they have.
All there stuff is of top quality and used at the top end of valeting.
If you want I'll pm you gordons number who is the distributor for the uk who deals with it all to top that off he is also one of the countrys best paint correction peope spends upto a week doing a car etc.

I belive there's still a groupbuy on rob I'll pm you it tomorrow when I'm back from work.if not I'll find you cheapest place.prep wise a very good clean with apc so its bare so know shampoo residue or owt on the trim.it,s dead easy to use all though not cheap it saves you time looks good and is tough.I purposely washed it with tfr and it still lasted around 10000 mile on van bumper on first trial of it

Yes, plastic is dull.
I'm still addicted to Carbon Fibre (pls note the capital letters, to make it seem more important and therefore worth more money).
