No, it's just the generator and flywheel. The only way oil would get in there is is if the crankshaft oil seal was damaged. Trying to pull the casing off may take some force as the generator which is a giant magnet will want pull it back.

when i didn't remove all the old gasket from the case and put the new one on it pissed oil out from the bottom of the case where it wasn't sat flush

mine had a tiny little bit of oil in there but nowt that came out or made a mess like all done now finally .. just need get in touch wid that lad to get a new center peice

What a lot of oil or a dribble. The oil should all be contained on the crank side. I would have thought that there would be a bearing on the crank behind the flywheel and an oil seal. The only way oil should get in there is if oil seals are worn/damaged.

Yeh speak to IIRC Mark (gl_s_r) about it, he may have some left over or could knock you up some. Put a little grease on the thread and don't overtighten when replacing.

Nah not a lot when the case is off mate, but when the engine is running and if you dont have a good seal at the case join then it will drip oil out

That's different. I like the little VTR and jap/chinese/korean or whatever it is text. Whats AFG Moto. And I love the motion in the Speedmetal. Not sure if I like the White though it's a bit harsh, but as long as your happy. I'm really looking forward to seeing this build complete and the bike up and running

Did you get the CCT's done and the tension set properly? If so did you remember to put a bit of silicone or threadlock on the threaded part? You don't wont any oil dribbles over you nice clean engine or worse, the thread working it way loose.

its not finished yet the white text is getting black outlined ... as for the manual ccts i havnt got them yet they were posted to me saturday but its been bank holiday so probs get them tday .
i managed to get the side case off to turn the cams but any advice in the proceedure to take wud be greatly appreciated .. to how i see to do it is to turn the crank till it reaches rt mark and the things in the head are pointing toward each other and the letters on the wheels face away from each other then u release the origional cct out then put the manual one in and wind it down untill u feel it hit the chain . what i dnt know is how far do i turn it more afta i feel the chain ?
also i dnt seem to have a socket to get the spark plugs out do these have to be taken out or can i leave them in while doing this ?
and the silicone do i just put that around the top after installing ?

btw any1 looking at this and like wat trhey see with the airbrushing and want something done themselfs then inbox me your number and i will pass it on to my mate whoe does the artwork n airbrushing and he will contact u to discuss wat u r wanting .. he is amazing at wat he does and he is at an unbeatable price also but its north east btw newcastle so obviously probs only suit locals to have him do there work .. he did all mine in just over a week .

yea maybe not ... ha ha ha hey wicky i called honda u know that little plastic bit i need to hold the choke to the carb i snapped they wnt sell me it on its own they sed if i want it i have to buy the whole thing for 36 pound wtf !!!!! honest like cnt catch a break here like ha ha ha

yes i know its where i got my idea from and if u search it on youtube his video showing his bike off u will see me contacting him for permission to copy he said its fine to do so but instead of completely copying i asked my mate to adjust it to make it diffrent but of same style so that i dnt have a complete replica to his .

Still cheaper than a secondhand set of fleabay carbs to get it off - What about ordering the brass snowmobile part, as that shouldn't cost more than £5 - £10

Or get someone to make one for you using a 3d plastic printer
