If your taking it out & having a gander surely it's worth changing them ?

Bearings are a consumable item & 22 k is not to be sniffed at, if a previous owner had a thing for jet washing his wheels they will be knackerd.

My head bearings were rusty & falling to bits when I (T.Mons TBH ) changed them earlier this year, also 22k odd.
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

I've had the back wheel out today and everything is as should be regarding spacers ect .... Im gona fit new bearings allround as there is about a 1mm play in the wheel.
