fixed my fail from yesterday.....

every time i went over a bump or accelerated hard it was moving the battery and cutting the fuel pump out...

That's a fuel pump cut off switch your flicking on and off then. I'm trying to work out where the terminal is in relation to it.

no the broken + terminal was killing the pump (and power commander) every time i went over a bump....
cos i had fitted the storm battery, its a bit bigger than the sp battery and i couldnt fit the cover that secures it down.
i think with it jumping about a bit it had wiggled the terminal to the point of failure.
i didnt see the broken bit as it was hidden inside the rubber cover and was making contact when the bike was stood still...
only noticed it when i went to fit the original battery back on! :Ball Kick:

Good work finding that :thumbup: : I Did notice your back light was flickering all the time as well, so figures that there was a total electrical problem, not just one circuit
