Well done. 
The problem is all the youtube URL's are slightly different so you need to look where they place the feature& and the player. The only bit you need to keep is the watch& plus the underscore and number for you video. Hope that makes sense. And it's usually best to use the address (URL) in the browser bar rather than the one under the share.
You will get the hang of it after a few, but every once in a while there will be a link (URL) that catches me out.
