there is something wrong with the ends that Seb has got fitted
It looks to me like the lines are the wrong way around. They should be at the calliper end. I reckon the ends that are now on the callipers are angled different.

Another jobbie job for you do at some stage Seb

For some reason I can't remember now of top of my head mate but it wouldn't turn as well with them the other way round it turned much better this way, both are in the correct place on the caliper notch too?
Not sure if HEL sent me a dodgy line or anything but it works great as is so will leave it be for now

Where it attaches to the caliper the bend on the banjo needs to bend upwards. If it was put the other way around so the bend points down, the line would then go down and bend around and back up towards the bars which would shorten the cable, which could then cause steering problems.

So if you look at your pic at the outer line nearest the bolt head, the bolt would go through the calliper bolt the same way. Hope that makes sense. I done the same thing when fitting my lines and had to swap them around and mess about with the angle. That was probably the hardest part of fitting them. I tried all sorts of combinations

If I ever buy braided lines again I will buy Goodridge lines as their banjos swivel rather than being fixed which would make fitting a bit better.

They look like they have less angle than at the mc, I would reverse them around. But have the angle coming out towards the forks and upwards, Are the Blade forks longer. Saying that though I don't think anyone else has had a problem with them and braided lines are usually a tad longer anyway.

At least they are working that's the main thing, It just looks a bit untidy at the mc and the one line comes out across your clocks.

The Blades forks are shorter mate

The lines are correct lines for the 954, tbh ill just leave them as they are they have worked superb as is for the last two or three years

When i do the Fork springs off Marty i might have a look at re aligning them

Ahhh just remembered after seeing that why i had to put them this way round, it was because of the 954 bars, with the line the way the same as yours it was catching on the clocks and wouldn't let it turn correctly because of the bars height and angle etc iirc
