O your so lucky, I dream of having a garage, especially this time of year

That old Black BSA is lovely, loads of character. I can can almost visualise the local bobby riding around on it with his old white helmet.

Well the blue B175 Bantam was my dads, bought new in 1971, i bought it off him about 5 years ago, not running, been sat in his shed for the best part of 18 years, wrapped up under a blanket and an old rug, whilst restoring it back to life the black Bantam came up for sale local to me on Gumtree, went to have a look at it, more for inspiration to finish my blue one, fell in love with it, offered the guy silly money and to my amazment he accepted :)

Welcome aboard rocco-jocco  A lovely collection you have there  I had a BSA 175 Bantam (model D14/4) which was my 1st real bike after the moped stage, showing my age now I know

Mine was a "G" reg but was in blue like your "J" reg model.

I did a check with the reg number of my old bike on the DVLA site, and surprise surprise it's still listed 8O :D

Chris.
