remove fairing ...
then pull down on the lower clips on the grill, have a look under and you will see what i mean .
once you have both lower clips off lift it off the top two .

job done .

They can be removed with the fairing on FWIW. Pry/pull to get the two top ones off, then push down to unhook the bottom two. Just be careful not to scratch the fairing. Takes all of 5 minute to take both off.

Be carefull as the grill is made of expanded metal, will easily bend on knots ( I know as i sold this material in the past ) and flattening again is normally not an option, it will probably break.

Similar process. Hook up the bottom first then do the top. Again, careful not to scratch. I have done it dozens of times.......

Sorted now thanks I undone the bottom screw got a pair of scissors underneath the bottom clips and pushed down then up.and they came out a treat.
Im fitting new grills so may have to take fairing off then though so i dont scratch the steel.

Careful with those clips; if they break off you will be looking for a replacement rad.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
