I just can't deal with the lack of symmetry. hehe I prefer the look of twin exhausts on the back. It was one of the main things I was looking for when I bought my Firestorm.

Never mind geo if I find a lhs Leo I might put it back to a twin cannon boomer :-) .

Jazz I pissed off the old fart across the road earlier when I was revving it .
He moaned like a good one and asked me to kindly fit a baffle !
When I told him it was fitted and road legal eu stamped on the can :-)

When I start the bike up in the garden, the back doors and windows start to vibrate and it sets off the neighbours car alarm sometimes. V-twin roar

I like that can Lloyd, it suits the bike. I don't think you should have any problem with the carbon on that one as they are well built exhausts. If it was dan moto it would be another story

I have just been out and given the bike a good wash and wax. Got rid of all the dirty remains of snow that landed on it the other day. While lying on the floor rubbing off the wax on the fairing lower I could hear the air leaking on the front tyre around the bead where there was a bit of water still sitting. I have to put air in it know every time before I go out, so pretty much on a daily basis Gonna get some Pilot road 3's on Saturday. If I keep going the way I'm going it will only be a couple of weeks before there is no tread left on the front. It's down to about 1mm at the moment and bald on the sides It should feel like a new bike with a new matching paie of tyres all balanced up

Took it for an mot.........which it failed but a quick swap of bulbs in the indicators and it passed bloody flash rate was too high, and an advisory of the chain being slack, which he checked with the bike jacked up...

Cleaned last weekends salt off.
Made her roar.
Left her running till the fans came on. Both came on and sounded smooth.

Italian bikes really do need to be either locked up in winter with a heated blanket, duvet and pillow or coated in ACF50 or something through the winter.

I noticed bits of rust starting to form on my VTR the other day inside the heads of bolts and stuff, especially the calliper bolts. Gave it a wash and wax yesterday and it has seemed to clean the surface rust off.

Got a mate thats got a watch stall. so got the inner watch part out of a rubber fob watch a bit of sticky velcro and there you go just the right size, not water proof but just take it off when not on bike just the jobby for a couple of quid

while in work today my mate came and gave me another fob watch inards now i could just keep it and change the colour of mine when it suits, or i could let someone in this forum make use of it, i have even put the double sided velcro on it for you
so if anyone could make use its not weatherproof, but i aint had a problem with mine yet , and as your getting it free you cant complain anyway pm me your address and i will post it free in the uk first to pm me gets it

after refusing to pay david silvers £15 for two little sponge things that sit in the airbox

i decided to go all blue peter stylee, i bought a sheet of air filter foam off ebay.

so i made my own, tbh the foams a bit deeper than standard but i don't really care, as long as it does the job.
total cost of £8, but i reckon you can make about 10 pairs out of it, which means 80p a pair....
