Thanks for all the help. I can't get the lock apart as Honda have sealed it in the housing. I'm using JB weld at the moment and we'll see how we go, it does seem to be great stuff

I forgot to say, JB Weld, awesome stuff, all fixed, I'm not too sure how adventurous I'd get with it, but for small jobs it's a winner
