Finally got my butt in gear and took a shot of the welded brackets for the rearset mounts -

I am going to finish off tidying up the welds before refinihing them (polish/paint/PC?) and mounting them on the bike.
I am hoping to take them back down to Chris tomorrow with a view to getting his mate with the CNC to give me an idea of the cost to produce a solid version of these.

looking good kev, get them adonised, choice of colours, mark did mine black and they look spot on, i'm not sure but i would think adonising would give a good protection against the rubbing of your boots.... :thumbup:

That's the hook for the brake lever return spring mate. I don't know whether it will be required as yet but left it in case. I can knock it off if it proves superfluous.

Thanks Al, the CNC will depend on the set up costs and the number of folk interested.

Steve I spoke to Chris last Friday and he hadn't spoken to the cnc guy. I've been busy at work this week and been to the MCN bikeshow at Excel today. I am hoping to speak to him on Monday.
