Only financially!!! They suffer from failing front CCT's so to avoid expensive valve/piston interface you can either replace with manuals or do a mod on the Honda autos which stops them retracting too far if the spring goes pop. The poor option is to do nothing or replace with stock Honda items.
The other issue is the reg/rec on early models. Best replaced with either a finned later models version or alternative manufacturers item.

Just to echoe Kev's very first pointer there on the CCT's...I am just today looking at replacing the entire cylinder head on my 'storm after a CCT failure on the front cylinder. Well worth doing good sir, the sooner the better. The damage mine has caused will be rather expensive; certainly mor ethan two manual CCT's are! Very worthwhile mod
