Cylinder Head

Hi All,Just fitting a cylinder head to the front cylinder any one know do yo fit the cams to the head and then the head to the block or or fit the head torque it up and then fit the cams,Basicly can I build the cylinder head up an then fit it

No, the clearances move, never sure why.
Fit the head first.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
