Re: finished belly pan (update)
Mine is just about 5mm clear on the pipe as it passes the edge of the sump on the right, the heatproof tape works ok unless it is touching

not sure im hopeing some time next month thing is because my mate sprays it for me i cant really push it if you know what i mean also he has his own jobs to do. i was thinking when i get the tail unit done maybe i could do a black number board with 3mm gold pin stripe or do that thing where you spray the underside of the unit black and split it up with the pin stripe again? what do you guys think?bigspanishmarty wrote:much better dude, whens the fairing going for paint?

i reckon gloss black numberboards would look really good, not sure about the gold pinstriping tho, looks good on the bellypan tho...i think i'll get vinyl n/b's at least that way if you don't like them you can take them off, imageworks sell them £30 for the rears.....whitestorm pete wrote:not sure im hopeing some time next month thing is because my mate sprays it for me i cant really push it if you know what i mean also he has his own jobs to do. i was thinking when i get the tail unit done maybe i could do a black number board with 3mm gold pin stripe or do that thing where you spray the underside of the unit black and split it up with the pin stripe again? what do you guys think?bigspanishmarty wrote:much better dude, whens the fairing going for paint?
