You need to use an online image hosting site like photobucket or equivalent and copy and paste the code into your posts.

its ok ive managed to stick the pic on vtr facebook site and they have all confirmed ive got the dodgy ccts that need changing asap . is there a bike shop you would trust over your way Solihull ? tar

Sorry, cant do a recomendation for a bike shop as none of my bikes go near a bikeshop unless it is for an MOT.

CCTs are not as scary as you think just need to follow instructions.

I will be doing a workshop day soon where a few owners can come round my garage and do these kind of jobs them selves with me and others providing tools and advise. you could wait for that
