Windows 98 not shutting down

Does anybody know of a fix for windows 98 not shutting down - sometimes shuts down sometimes doesn't? - more often than not it doesn't!

I know a fix. Put it in the bin, It's a peice of sh1t.

It's a well known problem that one, stick this patch on it and it should be fine.
