I know about the changing the mind thing, it gets out of hand after a while and I don't think it's easy to stop tinkering. As you said Marty, this summer has to be about some miles on this one and build the other bike in the back ground while I am doing it.. then winter to finish it all off.

This is where I am at the moment... just finishing bits to do.. and cleaning it.

its looking very special so far....what master cyl are you using with those calipers?

It is a SP1 master cylinder as they are 6pots (as you noticed)...
Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

She's looking fantastic and being that colour you will get some free HP out of it. I noticed you have made you manual tensioners as well. Not much thread sticking out of them. The purple Logos look good against the Black. What did you use to paint the frame and swingarm or is that powdercoat.
