Dam I was hoping you would not have a clue and would have to google it and educate yourself. I will condense this down so I don't burn out, but the point is the Distribution of spark.

Some of you may remember my bike went off to Track Electronics to be set up. Well, she's still there, through a set of events that worked in my favour.

He phoned me on day one to say he had snapped some bit where the choke goes into the clutch and that he will of course replace it as his expense. He had already called CJ Balls (local Honda dealer) to get a replacement, but it wont be here till Wednesday (this was on the Friday), that day came and went, another phone call, the part he needed to replace didnt come ine, apparently CJ Balls misunderstoof him. So, here goes another week. Then I see those Yoshi's on eBay and ask him to hold on it to see if I win them. I did!

So, the update is, Ive been polishing the bleeders whilst waiting on the hangers (numpty I bought them off forgot to post the hangers lol, but he was moving house so Ill let him off).

Heres what hey looked like in the ebay ad:

And after ripping them down with 800 grade wet and dry, working through to 1200 by hand, then using a high cutting compound and a polisher (Im a mason, we use polishers at work to polish stone so had a quality one) with a compound wheel and took all the scratches out. Its raining now so the following has been autosol'd by hand, but Ill be getting on it with a felt wheel tomorrow.

Scratch/knock free, almost as good as new. Just waiting back on a rep from Yoshi for a quote for two new decals shipped to the UK :D

Then soon as the hangers are here off to Track Electronics where Ill fit them to be set up.

But its Saturday, so  time, and well earnt I reckon.

Be a set of shiny Microns for sale soon ;)

:confused The choke is nowhere near the clutch and it most certainly doesn't go into it. WTF

You have done a superb job with the polishing.

neither of these are the proper type pop rivet on badge but better than nothing

great work on those yoshis mate, they look like new....
cleaned, touched in and rim taped my wheels for the spondon framed bike, also fitted the newly covered seat, it looks fantastic, a shame its got to go back because he padded the pillion seat by mistake and the single seat cowl won't fit... :(
it will get sorted in the near future tho, pictures to follow shortly...
