Been working on the bike the last few evenings between rains showers. For peace of mind I am doing the stopper mod and just have a small question. I have already removed and done the stopper mod on the rear CCT. The question is that I still presently have the key still taped to it and its locked. Do I leave this key in, refit the CCT to the bike, remove it and put the small bolt back in the end? Or do I have to remove the locking key first, wind back the auto adjuster, fit the small end bolt and then fit it?
Sorry if these are dumb questions but I would rather ask now than mess it right up.
Cheers, Keith

Re: A little advice needed re stopper mod
I done this last week to mine you have to leave the locking key in till you put the cct back on the engine once it is properly refited then you can take the key out and put the bolt back on the end hope this helps.

Ok thanks for the prompt replies and good to know I am still on the right tracks. Weather permitting I can finish that and then start putting the bike back together for the weekend
