You could use the gsxr mirrors as running lights as long as aren't wired into the indicators

Yep, as long as they're separate from each other, you could fit the mirrors and wire them up to run with side/ headlamp or ignition,just leave the indicators alone and you'll be ok, technically speaking as long you have a side lamp or the headlamp comes on with the ignition they wouldn't even come into the mot
