Another North America rider
Another North America rider
Morning all...
Been reading here for a few years and registered for more than a year, just have not posted much.
Owner of a Red 1998 (made June 1997) Firestorm of a different name.
Like many of you I think, I consider SH a bike begging for change, to make better, more reliable or just personal.. It's blank canvas with which to build.
There are several bikes in the garage now, some dirt, some track, some street...but the SH gets more grins to miles then any other.
40 so odd years of riding, racing, wrenching and a life time in the US Army bring me to today.
So along with that stuff I do a fair bit of work on other peoples bikes, maintenance, service, repair, and upgrades, small time (non CNC) machining of parts, lightening of flywheels, fabricating bits in steel for auto and bike...it's what keeps me sane..
Likely I'll read more then post, but if I have something I can offer I look forward to posting up.
Erik

So no, the only time my elbows are sliding on the ground normally requires a trailer to get home.
