hi andy from another newbie, I am just down the road in blackpool ,might see you around at weekends then ,normally head up to bullbeck and the bridge and occasionally the lakes and dales spoilt for choice up here

On the running hot issue, as long as the fan is kicking in it should be ok, they do get hot in slow traffic as the side radiators need air flowing over the fairings to pull air through the rads.... if the fan is not working check the fuse under the seat (don't ask me how I know

Also make sure the fan spins freely. There have been issues with road debris getting stuck in the fan and wedging it.AMCQ46 wrote:Welcome.
