I didn't know him as fairly new here but by the comments and strength of feeling shown he was an amazing guy. Sending love and best wishes to his family and friends on this sad day. Damon.

Was an excellent tun out, quite a send off for Martin.

I got back to Manchester and then realized I had left my bag there, so had to go all the way back. I bumped into a relative (might have been sister) when I went back, who thanked me for attending and I stupidly said it was 'good' (referring to the funeral). Realized when I walked a way, I really hope I haven't offended her. :(

Amazing turnout.

Thanks for posting Seb mate, much appreciated from us guys that couldn't attend today.

I feel quite emotional looking at the floral tributes for a man that was greatly respected.

Concidering why we were there it was a good day. Engine's reving to there limits, burnouts, smiles and loads of people. Glad I managed to be part of it to send him on his way.

Thank you to his family for the invite and the food and most importantly keeping a smile on there face on this difficult day.

A big thank you to cheekykev and sue and ad's for the use of the sofa, the beer and great food. Much appreciated!

Geo I worn the t-shirt with great style  Not sure we got any photos though

Got myself a V33 VTR sticker which now sits nicely between the rear number boards, will get a photo and post it up later on.

Somebody counted 112 bikes out today!

http://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/new ... s_funeral/

NWB have got a tag challenge with the VeeVTR stickers. So far they've been sighted on some of Cheshire and North Wales' finest's marked Police cars, so if you've got some stickers and can 'tag' a car, post up the pictures! (One did find itself attached to the back of the hearse!

I must say I have never seen anything like today before in my life. I don't suppose ill ever see anything like that again. I got quite a bit of it on video so ill post it up later on.

The sheer number of people there to pay their respects was overwhelming. People from the length and breadth of the country, taking time out of their busy lives to say their goodbyes to a friend. Martin obviously affected the lives of a lot of people.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the guys from NWB and how they managed the traffic to keep all the bikes together. It was very strange watching over 100 bikes in procession, riding through red lights with traffic being held by a couple of guys.

The guys from here Tony, Kev, Adyf, Ghandi, Helen (Partygirl), Seb, Steve, Bazza, Chris K, Tekram La - always good to meet up it's just a shame it was under these circumstances. Hope you all have a safe trip back.
