Does anyone know a good tattooist in the Essex/Herts/London area? Wanted to get inked years ago but the missus wouldn't let me and know its rebellion time!!

pick up a copy of Skin Deep magazine, have a look see if any of the local artists have stuff in there you like.

if i can find the right one they had a uk listing a few months ago, i'll have a look and give you a list of local ones to you.

aye up matey, check out a guy called "hep kat" who used to be in stafford.
his name is stu and hes a little scot who loves his rock'n'roll , hes a right good lad, did a couple of my tats before he moved down to london.
if you do find him tell him edd from stafford recomended ya and he might do you a deal.

I've been through the net and into a few studios and I think I know what I want.
I've seen Hep Kats website, I think its not too far from me. Price isn't so important (i'm broke anyway). I want somewhere i can trust.

Mate there is a guy in Greenwich who is very good. Even tat blokes in Cyprus know him. He's got a great rep.
I could get his number for you if you want?
Be warned he is not cheap. Approx Â£100 an hour.

Well, I had it done this PM in Romford. Took about 90 mins and didn't hurt that much. . . . honest!

I took a self portrait after about 2 hrs and it doesn't look red. I uploaded it to the Misc section of the gallery . . . . or so I thought, but I can't find it. When I do I'll put up a link. Nothing exciting though, tribal butterfly-like across the shoulders and the kids names underneath
