Hello people

Post by BarryH »

Just purchased myself a Firestorm. Paid top money for it but it was the right bike at the right time and more importantly its a standard straight one owner and sub 10K on the clock.

Been reading the board since a friend pointed me in its direction. Lots of good info and funny at times. What more could someone ask!
Get out on the bike as often as the family allows. Wife and kids think they're more important than my bikes.......hope I don't have to put that one to the test!!

Thats enough for now. I'm off to polish me bits...........on the bike!

Its okay, dont worry about it ! Resprays dont cost too much and you could always spray it the best colour YELLOW ! As long as its not Matt Black !

Its not too bad. Don't really look at it while I'm on it and had to have it as it was the one I wanted. One owner job with less than 10K on the clock. Knew I wanted it as soon as I rode it.....still love the sound of a V twin. Its worth it just for that!

Just enjoying riding it. First thing I want to change is the tyres. Its got a dunlop on the front and a metz on the rear. Makes for intresting riding! Looking at putting a set of Conti sport attacks. Had good press and some of the track boys I know are raving over them. Can get a set fitted for less than 200 quid. Gotta be worth a try.

Interesting how you're so chuffed with your new steed, yet agree red's really not the best colour!

Even the red storm riders are starting to acknowledge they are colourly challenged!

**VTRgirl ducks for cover as smoke begins to waft from the ears of those who ride shiny red bikes**

Looks like a top buy Baz! Good one & welcome welcome welcome.
If you ate yourself would you become twice as big or simply disappear?
