Brake Caliper refurbishment??

I am currently trying to help a mate out who is a bit strapped for cash, so I have said I would help him out in sorting his Vstrom if he paid for the parts. Replacements required are - clutch plates , oil and filter service, wheel bearings (front) and front brake overhaul, (as pistons have seized). Work progressing well but has anybody used or know of anywhere that can do a good refurbishment of pretty f**ked Tokiko calipers? (pretty much seized up everywhere and seals popping out)
