Front Forks

Hi, Any one know if the forks are the same on a 2000 model as a 2002 model, I have a 2000 FY bike but have bought some later forks off a 2002 and want to order some new bushes and seals

The later models are supposed to be upgraded but i'm not sure how and what. I have fitted older stanchions into later fork lowers including new bushes etc with no issues. I think they may have just put slightly stiffer springs in as there are no visual differences apart from the Anodised Gold fork cap.

edit, seals 2000 51490-MN8-305 for set 2002 51490-MN8-305
