Cheers Chris - most useful. I very much doubt it's been modded - messed up, probably, but modded, probably not - though you never know. Had a decent run out today (Scottish Borders in glorious sunshine - magic!) and it felt fairly "standard". Follow this link below and go to the 5th post down, firestorm_al has posted two pages of Performance Bike's recommend suspension settings, plus they give the standard settings as well. Mind how you go though, as your bike may have had some fork mods (upgrades) done to the front forks so my not be standard.
