Re: Fitting braided lines - difficult?
if you have friends/relatives who work at a hospital, terrific stuff for bleeding brakes is UNIVERSAL GREEN OXYGEN TUBING as it is viable in diameter - it gets wider then thinner, wider than thinner - so it always fits a nipple tightly. you cut it at the correct diameter point.
you connect it to a 60mls BLADDER SYRINGE. this enables you to get the fluid through easily by using the syringe to generate a negative pressure.
they both cost pennies. the tubing is always being thrown away and it's not contaminated. the bladder syringes can just be washed under a tap after human use if needed (often they aren't contaminated - they are part of a large pack and don't get used) or if your friend is really naughty they'll get you a new one.
if you want you can buy some. 30 metres of tubing is enormous - keep 10 metres for yourself and give the rest away
here's a link to a pic of the bits

Yes it's from China but quite possibly are the ones the NHS use...
I ordered one & it was here within a week. Tube fits the nipples fine. Used it loads of times recently not had any issues.

I did mine - two line set up - Virt just by following the instructions on here and the Haynes, found it dead easy. My top tip is to cable tie two runny honey bottles* (empty of honey) to the bike for hassle free bleeding
* - obviously on each side & connected via tube to the bleed nipples and with some fluid in the them, not just anywhere on the bike as if some lucky charm

I will, I have money to spare now that I'm not fixing my phone until next month. Can't afford to currently so using an old phone
I'll start buying them now and let you know when they arrive, I'd rather get to know them with the rest of the bike on the trackday. Usual payment of me buying the lube/condoms or?
