Engine cover bolt sizes and others

I like to change the rusty steel bolts to stainless steel alen cap heads
If you do the same use washers and copper slip .
I've put together the sizes to dress up your engine covers and hope its of use .

Sump

Sprocket cover

Clutch cover (not water pump cover )

Bottom yoke pinch bolt

Starter motor bolts

Radiator mount bolts

Air box internal bolts (use thread lock)

Brake & clutch clamps (on the bars)

well done mate

i was going to go out and do some sizing up at some point now that has saved me a job i just need to get all front forks and bars now

When you do pm me the sizes and where there for and I will extend the first post .
And that goes for any bolt on the bike that would benefit an upgrade .

Nice bit of info, just done the side caseings and didn't put washers in

now ordered! Would be good to have the info on the other sizes though!!!

Bottom yoke bolts, fairing bolts and clock bolts are all looking a bit scruffy!

Go on then measure them as mine are fireblade and different tho fairing bolts might be hard to find tho I wouldn't mind a set in titanium
