Thanks Ging, I was thinking of buying the really simple and cheap sync kit in the summer and having a twiddle.

I've got some carb balancers - let me know closer to the time when its back together with the front take off fitted and warm enough to have the garage door open.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Don't know whether you have seen this Jamie -

It never really took off but there are a load of specialist tools knocking about with members who only use them now and again. Worth bearing in mind if you need obscure specialist items.

I name all mine, they are like my friends! Nah not really, they are all my prisoners awaiting some abuse!

Hey Concerned of Grain...
Due to the currently outstanding frame bolt adjuster, I haven't been able to abuse your tool!
My frame has been powdercoated on the mating face of the frame to engine mount bolt adjusters, do you think I should file the paint off? Concerned of Essex.

I would remove any powder coat from the fram / engine mounting faces. firstly to ensure correct alignment and secondly for electrical connectivityJamoi wrote:My frame has been powdercoated on the mating face of the frame to engine mount bolt adjusters, do you think I should file the paint off?
