6 Spoke Rear Wheel Question

Post by Mav617 »

Just picked up my ex-Fireblade six spoker - disc and sprocket carrier look identical to the Storm ones, anyone know that they are and is there anything (other than sprocket carrier bearing) I should be careful about?

It's powder coated black and have to say, for the £23 I paid for it, it's a fookin' bargain.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

all are the same as the storm but honda ran a larger outer size bearing in the six spoke for two years so when replacing the bearing check it s size then order .

Sadly that avatar is getting on a bit now, she's had three kids, put on four stone and is working on the checkout in Waitrose.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
