WTB - Custom Aluminium frame

So can anyone here build stuff from Aluminium easy enough?

I need some frames making up. Strength isn't a major issue, but the kit these things hold weighs about 6Kg.

The dimensions are roughly - 500-600mm high by 250mm front to back and 450-500mm wide.

They can be built from square sections of Aluminium or L bar aluminium and either bolted or welded together. I will need the frames drilled and threaded in some places to mount the kit. M3 bolts are the usual spec.

Here's a couple of pics of one a friend made. Something similar should be ideal. I think the materials for each one cost him about £15 plus some for bolts as he bolted his.

If anyone is able to make these, please let me know and let me know how much you will sell them for. I will need 4 initially ASAP, but in the long run could be needing lots of these. Could be a good money earner for someone?

Yeah mate can help you build these ,just buy the ally and nuts and bolts ,toolstation,wicked etc,not worth my time to build to sell,but be glad to help you,have tap and dies etc,not at work till Monday.ring me ,ady.y
