Awesome! They are like riding a bmx, suprising how good a few days on a trials bike is for your fitness too.
Do you have a specific place to ride? Or freestyle through the countryside?

Fixed it..

I have a road legal enduro bike for greenlaning, and up till now I didn't know any farmers who would let me use their land, so i only use the trials bike for competitions. most are closed courses with 4 laps of 10 sections, but the best ones are road trials where you have to ride on public roads or green lanes to link together 40 individual sections....and you need to leave petrol cans round the route or you won't get home! Some of the road trials are local, but most of the events I ride are over in Shropshire, so it's a van job to get the bikes there.
However yesterday we got introduced to a local farmer who will let use ride in an old quarry on his farm, so that will provide some options to get out riding for a couple of hrs local.

I got into trials late... Was 2008 I think, but it is one of the best motorcycle sports I have been involved in for the combination of skill and social....and it's cheep as hell

They were already on the bike mate. Should be fairly easy to make a copy of them though each one is 2 seperate pieces, just with the bends and holes in the right places.

Ahh gotcha, they bring the cans up to a nice angle. I've made some out of steel sheet, but they're a bit on the thin side (3mm), I wonder how much a cnc place would charge to knock some nice looking ones up out of 6mm ally or similar..

These are just flat bar I think. Your welcome to copy them if you can be bothered to come to Brentwood.

Thanks for the offer, although like you say it's just a case of getting the holes and bends in the right place. I like lloydie's ones where it looks like to rods connect to an cylindrical eyelet.

I just need something a bit better than a bit of steel, a vice and angle grinder!

Rode the bike 85 miles, but then gave up as there is so much crap on the roads after the heavy winds down here, i got the ass end all squirrelly and shat myself after giving it too much gas off a roundabout, i did laugh a bit though afterwards. washed it and paid for my WP shock!!!

Forks out as soon as my new stand gets here then off to Roger. Not riding it again until after my Ski holiday ( just in case i do a leg in!!!)
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!
