Hi Virt,

I recently sprayed a Pyramid belly pan and it took two of those cans and also two similar sized cans of lacquer.

That would depend on how good your are, what quality of finish your after and what conditions you spray in. One can do it but get runs or grinning then you may need another. Don't forget to use a suitable primer and the matte lacquer as well. Paint is expensive and soon adds up and it a time consuming job, so sometimes it's worth getting a price for it to be professionally sprayed with a 2K system. It may even work out cheaper.

You can buy from them direct.

It's basically cheaper to just get a gloss black pyramid one :/

Unless white would look good on the storm. Idk, gonna take some thinking about

Or use some universal satin black, dont think it would look too out of place and would only cost about a tenner

What have you declared to the ins companies? I've been thinking about what to tell them... how far do you go! Non-standard tyres?? Braided hoses, swingarm brace, different wheels etc!

It's that ultra rare frog Green paint job.

That price is just insane Lloyd did you declare all performance related modifications. I wouldn't include suspension in on that though. Sometimes they just ask if there are any performance related changes, so in that's case you can use your discretion as to what is and isn't performance related.

Wouldn't it be nice if the insurance companies made a comprehensive list of things which invalidate or bump up the price of their policies. I'd hate to have an accident and then be 'uninsured' because I didn't declare my LED indicators or something silly like that.
