19 Litre Fuel sender

Anyone got a picture of the later sender unit ?? Want to work out why my fuel light didnt come on the other day, wondering if I need to adjust the shape of my current one.

Float!

Sorry about the crappy camera phone pics.


Note I tried to get the bar as vertical as possible with the mounting plate so you can compare the shape along the horizontal axis.


And it's length along the axis, plate end to float is approx 150mm


This is with the float at it's lowest possible.


And with the highest possible.

From the end of the wire on float moving vertically from bottom to top measures approx 140mm.
