I know the CBR600 ones fit the VTR, but do any others for - how about CBR1000...?
Apologies if this is a repeat, I've had a trawl through, but I'm looking for a set - and prices are getting stupid!

Re: Stick coils question
I'm currently running stick coils from a '08 CBR1000 and they work great and they fit great. Saying they fit below the top of the valve cover doesn't really tell ya how they look. So, to give you an idea of how tall they are, if the valve cover was off, these stick coils are about and inch above the top of the head.
If you're worried about price, wait for a good deal on four (make sure you get the wire harness!) and sell the other two to someone here on the forum. You'll either recoup all or most of your money.

Re: Stick coils question
I've just put CBR1000 coils on. Used the lower rubber water seal part of the old coils, makes a tight fit as CBR coils are a touch larger. She runs beautifully, had to extend the LT leads as the coils had been cut short, soldered the splices and used heat shrink, then a second larger, long heat shrink tube, full length, so it all looks factory now!
