Steeper Exhaust angle bracket

Has anybody on here used this manufactured bracket to create a steeper exhaust angle.
I am thinking of doing this but wondering if it is worth it. And is it too much work.
Would the link pipe bracket under the rider foot peg need cutting off do so?

I did mine like that . Very easy to make two brackets . I made a set for ck yesterday .
And yes the front bracket needs removed

Excellent cheers for that lloydie I will be hopefully making some brackets up very soon. What thickness plate have you used or would recommend? 3mm.

I have a pair of those brackets, covered in dust unfortunately. My Yoshimuras have welded linkpipes and I just couldn't line up the right-side exhaust correctly. If the linkpipes were connected with springs or clamps, it would allow me to twist the right-side muffler into correct position.

I used 3mm ali but stainless will be better

Cheers for that. I was thinking stainless myself. Just trying to look for some scrap now at work. If not my father in law is a stainless sheet metal worker hopefully he will be able to get me some if I can't find any.
I'm hoping this works as my link pipes are clamped so hopefully these twist enough to get that sweet angle

If it's any use, I'm making some quarter inch thick, cnc hangers next week. Designed to lift low level pipes up to a steeper angle and save some weight over the big oem hanger/footrests.

The only thing is, you'll loose the pillion footrests.

Let me know, I might make a batch of 5 or so.
