I haven't done anything to it cos it's too blooming cold in the garage.
But I did unwrap these bits supplied by David Silver.
Three exhaust pipe gaskets
Three pipe clips
three bolts for the clips
Two exhaust pipe to head washers ( copper)
Two front exhaust pipe to head nuts
and then wondered how the hell I spent about £110 on that lot.
Although I know deep down that real stuff costs real money and cheap stuff is generally more expensive.

Replaced a blown bulb in the clocks. Expected them to say 20 pence.....quid !! Think I'm getting tight in my old age

after the Christmas break these healed,
over the last few week my backs been giving me pain as i was working with a guy with a bad back who couldn't share the picking and loading, so i was just picking for months on end which means grabbing some sh1t off a belt and then twisting right and putting on one of two trailers, then on Thursday night something happening inside my lower back i couldn't walk it was horrible been in so much pain since then
hopefully ill be fixed soon and can get back boxing at somepont as i put the pounds back on with my sweet tooth
