Timing chain Cover guide bolt torque?

Post by Storm Trooper »

Does anybody know the correct torque setting for the small bolt at the side of the cam chain guide that sits on top of the cam covers (no 14 in diagram)

All the other bolts are 21Nm, but I can't seem to find anything for this particular bolt.

Some locktight and hand tight? or is there a definate torque setting?????

To be precise if its a 5mm bolt then no more than 5NM. A 6mm bolt no more than 10NM. Use a smear of thread lock as stated above
