Got a waterproof holder off ebay (handlebar mount), adapted the bracket & added a fixing to fit in centre stem. The bag has clear lid with foam inserts which hold sat nav or phone tight inside the lid. Can be operated when inside. Can still see clocks & can be used with tank bag.1 allen key mount. Seconds to fit. If you pm your emal address i can send picture. If you want to pay postage, you can borrow it to try out.

you can get a stem ball mount from RAM, they just use an expanding rubber plug to fit the srem, so are easy to fit.

then use the case that BSA suggested [which also has a ball mount on the bottom, then add a link arm to join them and allow articulation etc.

Chris, pm me your email address & i will foward a picture of my stem mount bracket. The satnav holder is brilliant & keeps everything dry.even in torrential downpour. I mean i gad to stop due to water running down my helmet & neck 8O + visibility. Did 572 miles back from assen, didn't come loose. I do leave it on bike in summer. Phone & wallet when in leathers

I will probably sell mine too. Flat bars on bike now so can't use stem mount & I threw away other half of handlebar clamp bracket 8O
My bracket sits directly above stem so good visibility for clocks but also good for tank bag.
Some bags now are slightly bigger, just thinking of phone upgrade.
This bag fits TomTom start or iphone4.
Let amcq sort his sale & I will post up
