onlynumberplates.co.uk....VERY BAD

I looked for a numberplate firm online, I finally found a firm that did what I wanted, even to it wasn't cheap, so I ordered the plate, it arrives 3 days later, so far so good, when I open it, I find that its not lined up properly, the blue backing to the gb/eu section is very pasty, generally the plates of poor quality, slapped together quickly by someone who doesn't care. I wouldn't be happy if I paid £10 but the plate cost me £18...
I emailed onlynumberplates twice over the next 3 days, asking if they could sort it out by replacing the plate, I even offered to send the original plate back to them, and what reply did I get, NONE, they haven't even bothered.

if they haven't responded to my first two emails, I can't see them responding to anymore from me, i'll try A1 later in the year and hopefully get the job done properly, the sad thing is, because I did it online and not thru ebay, there's no way to leave feedback, so other than warning the guys/girls on the forum, there's no way of warning anyone else...
