FOR SALE- BARN FIND.
Period cottager's velocipede, in keeping with the local vernacular.
Within the catchment area of the nearby private riding school.
Mildly used, with occasional excess, but much loved by its present owner, a clergyman of the church of the partly-rebuilt Storm.
This is a much-loved family member, if you lie much-loved members then you should take a good look at this one.
Original features include leaded petrol, left handed twistgrip and tank-mounted gearchange, four-on-the-floor toes in each boot, (with additional big toe if required).

Overall, can be worn if necessary during sale process,

In a popular area, in a much sought-after location quite close to reality.

Fool planning permission has been granted for an extension but bill ding regulations have not yet been fully complied with.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Its back the THREAD HIJACK THREAD...

I was marvelling earlier about how an innocent thread posted in workshop about a serious subject went from...

Oil Leak

to

Top Cat

to

Biker Grove

to

The never-ending ''My Bike Colours Faster Than Yours'' (RED of course won that little battle...)

to

VFR....

...all in the space of 20 0dd posts...

Brilliant...utterly utterly brilliant...

Then I've just spent a good half hour re reading this Thread from the start before posting this.

Laugh I nearly bought a thatched conversion for Drooper...

Most entertaining... :Beer Popcorn:

I love this place...

Come back soon.

We're still waiting for the Lloydie/Sheep/Storm photoshop pic Carl...get on with it man...

I'm a bit bored with the football already, haven't watched any but can't seem to have a conversation without someone asking whether I think Brazil or Paraguay will beat the Dominican Republic week after next, assuming that Peruvia beat Iraq?

To be honest it all seems a bit of a faff, but something for the poor, if they can't afford bikes, I suppose.

I just feel that it would be more entertaining if the bloke dressed as a chicken and the little boy they drag onto the pitch for God knows what reason when they come out of the tunnel play against the fat bloke dressed as a dinosaur and the small boy dragged on by the other team.

And what about having a coconut shy in the goals?
If you knock one off while scoring, you get an extra goal, but then have to put the coconut in your shorts and carry it around for the rest of the game- a sort of organic handicap.
Or put the goals on wheels, with ropes and the rest of the team could stand at the corners trying to pull it out of the way of the ball, side to side?
Randomly-timed pop-up sprinklers dotted about the field might also be amusing.
Make them wear Sumo costumes, flippers and snorkels, perhaps?

I just don't think there's enough spectacle, really, just a few rich blokes running around in front of poor blokes who are too full of pies to do it themselves.
I'll give it a miss unless they can make it more interesting.

And don't get me going with the V8 golf carts and playing golf against the clock idea.....
