How are you meant to warp discs while removing clothes? Loose button, maybe
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Give the bobbins a spin round.

When I fitted the better calipers to mine I had the same problem above 70 and even though the disks clocked inside spec the only way I got rid of it was to fit new discs.

I sold the disk to someone on here with the promise of a refund if they caused a vibrating when braking from high speed. But he had no problems!

On my way back from Wales today I decided to go in search of the fabled 4leafed clover that hides in the middle of Reddich. Not the easiest to find, or the most scenic trip, but the magic knee girding occurred and I only stopped when I got dizzy...... :D

It's not so easy to work out how to get home from there once you have done a few laps, as you tend to lose your bearing

Bobbins being the metal rings between the actual disc and mounting part?

Easy fix, get a nut, bolt & a couple of washers*. Stick the bolt through put the nut on the bolt & tighten up.
Now rotate the nut back & forth until the bobbin spins freely.
Use a squirt of brake cleaner. (WD40 sparingly if no brake cleaner to hand, but be very careful not to get it on the discs of course!)

You'll be surprised how much crap comes out!

If you can get the front wheel off the ground it makes it much easier to do.

A bit of tape or a marker pen to mark the first one you do, then work your way around the disc giving each bobbin the same treatment.
Repeat on the other disc.

If you have used WD give the disc a good clean when finished with a petrol soaked rag to make sure there is no oil contamination on the disc.

Remember to remove the BOLT when you have done the last one...Could prove messy if you don't!

* Washers are optional depending on size of bolt used.

Got a bobbin spinning freely with the nut and bolt but can't spin with my fingers, good enough or more required?

You should have seen him earlier. It was funny seeing him with black hands and learing the difference between a master cylinder and a lever

But to be fair we all started at that point and have learnt along the way. So he will get there

Yes after a few laps disorientation is a problem ! But fun as you can just get back on and away you go again and again

We should plan a meet up there to see how many bikes you can get circulating the endless cloverleaf..... Bloody great invention
